Collected and entered all bills into the billing system. Conducted daily staff meetings to ensure that the property flowed smoothly. Marketed on onsite as well as to businesses to keep the property at 95% or higher. Processed evictions when needed and turned files over to collections. I walked the property daily and corrected what was needed to make sure that the property was presentable at all times. Entered invoices, posted all incoming payments, made deposits daily. Worked daily on collections and made sure that rent was in the office in a timely manner. Responded to resident complaints, followed up on completed work orders to ensure that superior maintenance was being received, held resident functions, held a high retention rate.

Managed a 120 unit property. Managed a staff of four. Processed and supervised resident applications, maintained prospect traffic and leasing data while assisting in tenant screening processing of credit checks. Collected rent and filed evictions. Processed bills and ran reports monthly along with answering emails in a timely manner. Ensured that all charges were entered correctly to tenant ledgers so that all ledgers would be billed accurately. Held resident events, marketed on a weekly basis. I walked the property daily to make sure the property was always in a presentable state. Walked units before the move in and at move out. Maintained a high occupancy and kept resident retention at a great rate.
