Eric is experienced in the oversight of administrative operations
and coordinates the supervision and leadership for administrative
functions of multiple construction teams on simultaneous
projects. He develops organization-wide policies and initiatives,
controling the flow of staff and funding into each administrative
project, and serves as an authority for the collected administrative
workforce. He serves as the point person for communication with
vendors, and other contract partners, as well as provides guidance
on operating methods. Eric is strategically and analytically minded,
with excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.
