Physician’s Regional Medical Center Replacement Hospital
Naples, FL

Description: New Construction / Replacement Hospital -M. J. Harris provided construction services for the new 120-bed, 212,000 square foot, acute care, 3-story hospital with a 19,000 square foot women’s center.  An 88,000 square foot medical office building was also built on the campus. The hospital has four surgery suites, a 20-bed recovery unit, 12 intensive care unit beds, “smart” operating rooms and a 13,000 square foot central energy plant.  Peak manpower for the job topped out at 350 employees, and M. J. Harris completed the project on an aggressive 12-month schedule.$900,000 in value engineering savings were  returned to the Owner.
